Consultation Committee
The Site Consultation Committee exists to serve Site members and trainees as an informal consultative and/or problem solving resource. Its function is not to investigate or adjudicate a grievance or complaint – this would fall within the remit of the Site Ethics Committee. Rather, the Consultation Committee provides confidential and informal consultation to Site members and trainees in the interests of advising on, resolving, or improving a situation, and in a manner that is preventative and/or alternative to a grievance or complaint. Members and trainees might also use the space to discuss and explore the pros and cons of taking their issue to more formal grievance and complaints processes.
