In today’s world of global connectivity, many find themselves feeling isolated from the people they care about—and at times, even from themselves. Over the past few years, I have developed my private practice while also volunteering for a national mental health charity.
I have extensive experience in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, anger, relationship problems, addiction, and trauma. Having personally faced the emotional challenges associated with leaving my own country, I have developed a particular interest in displacement issues, encompassing the consequences of migration and the journey of defining one’s identity.
My work centers on exploring the unconscious aspects of the mind, with a strong emphasis on self-discovery and personal growth. By delving into one’s thoughts, feelings, and past experiences, individuals can gain insight into their behavioral patterns, motivations, and emotional responses. This process aids in clarifying values and desires, ultimately leading to more authentic choices and a greater sense of freedom in life. Recognizing that each person's experiences and goals are unique, the journey of depth psychotherapy is highly individualized, enabling clients to define what freedom and fulfillment mean to them.
