I am a Psychoanalytical Psychotherapist trained with The Site for Contemporary Psychoanalysis. I have a background in Clinical Psychology and trained as a Psychologist in Portugal. I am a chartered member of the BPS (British Psychological Society) and HCPC (Health & Care Professions Council) registered.

I have worked with people facing difficult moments in life - work-related difficulties, academic performance, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, etc., as well as with people facing more complex mental health difficulties. My work has been developed in different contexts, such as private clinics, charities, and the NHS.
