I am a psychoanalyst in private practice in north-east London. I trained at The Site and now serve on The Site's governing council and, with others, edit our journal Sitegeist. Additionally I work for the Psychosis Therapy Project at Islington Mind. Previously, I worked for many years as an advocate for vulnerable and marginalised young people trying to escape from violent backgrounds through access to social housing.
My background is in philosophy of science, the history of philosophy and modern European thought. Currently, I am undertaking doctoral research into the history, sociology and philosophy of psychoanalysis, focusing on the 'Controversial Discussions' of the British Psychoanalytical Society during the 1940s.
